Releases: noaa-oar-arl/NACC
The NOAA-EPA Atmosphere-Chemistry Coupler (NACC) version 1.1.0
This pre-release update to NACC includes additional processing of 5 input soil characteristics (clay fraction, sand fraction, sediment supply map, drag partition, and threshold velocity) that are used in an updated inline Fengsha windblown dust model for CMAQv5.3.1 used in the NAQFC (https://github.com/noaa-oar-arl/NAQFC).
The NOAA-EPA Atmosphere-Chemistry Coupler (NACC) version 1.0.0
The pre-release of the NOAA-ARL Atmosphere-Chemistry Coupler (NACC), version 1.0.0 is adapted from the Meteorology-Chemistry Interface Processor (MCIP; version 5), and can ingest output from the Finite Volume Cubed Sphere (FV3) version of the Global Forecast System (GFS; version 16) and the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF; version 4) Model to prepare the meteorology files that are used within the Community Multiscale Air Quality (CMAQ; version 5.3) Modeling System.
NACC was developed by Dr. Patrick C. Campbell and Dr. Youhua Tang, with support from the entire NOAA-ARL research team (Contact: Patrick.C.Campbell@noaa.gov).
