現在utdict/main.shは動かないと思います
代わりに公式配布を直接使ってほしいです

git clone https://github.com/utuhiro78/merge-ut-dictionaries.git --depth=1
cd merge-ut-dictionaries/src
chmod +x main.sh
./main.sh
cat mozcdic-ut.txt > (mozc)/src/data/dictionary_oss/dictionary11.txt
