Even in vanilla population some zeds a completely immune to being despawned by distance which can cause the game to be easier since 85 is the default spawn cap for zeds with zombies being across the map and still being alive. At the start of the vid I show that after you kill the "bugged" zombies that are immune to being despawned the overlord spawns and despawns the other zeds normally. Later throughout the video I go through the map mostly normal like a normal player would freezing but freezing the ai and noclipping to see what the zones are doing. In some areas I'm over 3000 distance/hammer units away and there is still zombies taking up spawn slots.

3:30 is where I freeze the ai to see what the zones are doing and if zeds are alive.
