After an upgrade from Tauri V1 to Tauri V2 Beta, the nrsc5 sidecar executable does not run which prevents the HD Radio feature from working.

This seems to be related to the arguments passed to the nrsc5 executable as running without the arguments seems to work fine. When running with arguments, the program immediately receives a SIGKILL signal. I believe this might be a bug in Tauri V2, or an issue with the sidecar permissions.

This is not at the top of my list to get fixed, but this should be investigated.
