Yappari Windows installer

Source code is NOT included.
Download Volume.zip and unzip it by keeping the hierarchy of the file. Run the volume/install.exe and you'll get a warning from Windows because the install is not digitally signed. You need to click on "More info" and then "Install anyway".
Administrator privilege is required for installing this program.
What's Changed
Added |Z|^2 weighting method. Reports weighted_chi^2 and reduced chi^2. Change in the structure of the xml project file.
