Purpose: Scripts to build forcing from CMIP5 anomalies (future-present) for NOW (NEMO-OASIS-WRF) simulations.

In its current form, it calculates present as 1989-2009 (historical) and future as 2081-2100 (rcp85).

seasonal_climatology3_Atm.sh : used to build climatologies (both 1989-2009 and 2081-2100) of 3d atmospheric variables (stored in CLIMO_ATM)

REGRID_ATM/regrid_ALL_3D.sh : regrid all CMIP5 3d atm files onto the REAinterim grid.
