grave accent and tilde not working?

Seems like the grave accent and tilde not working?

Once I've flash. it becomes § and ±.

It sounds like you're using a non-QWERTY mapping in your OS that's interpreting certain keys differently.

If you can't change the OS mapping for this particular keyboard or just don't want to then you may want to use zmk-locale-generator's header for your target layout. Adding one of those header files to your repo under config/ and #include it from your keymap file then the app will pick that up and let you use the keycodes specific to that locale.
