Update postcode_data_join function to match latest approach from myrmidon

The function should now omit the attempt to correct postcodes mid-process.
As described in francisbarton/myrmidon#8

Attempts to find valid replacement postcodes for any that are invalid should be handled by the user, if desired, using the suggest_postcode_fixes() supplementary function.
