[enh] "Add property" improvements

Currently the "add column" button opens a dialog with a tedious form where the user has to take a lot of decision before they can add a property to the table.

We can improve this by removing the creation dialog and instead open a searchable menu where users can choose between:

• data types (such as checkbox, text field, e-mail)
• Useful auto-filled presets (such as creation date, modified date, author)
• Useful "fillable presets" (such as assignee, due date, status)
