High CPU and unresponsive App

I am new to Nextcloud. Installed it on a Unraid server, and the client on a Macbook Pro M1. I've noticed the app using 100% cpu all the time, and the program does not respond after running a while. Can't open the menu or settings to see where it is stuck.
Restarting (both app and macbook) does not resolve. It straight away goes to 100% again. Sometimes the GUI shows, very late and sluggish and shows "offline" whilst server and network are running fine.

Any know issues, perhaps with the M1?
