Translation | Split string to avoid duplicates

After discussing in Transifex (see discussion in string 100), we can optimize texts about Google permission update.

String key upload_gplay_desc is 992
String key auto_upload_gplay_desc2 is 100

String 992 is included in string 100. Goal would be two strip it out, so 100 would be only the first part, and you would include 992 as the second part in the code, so translators would not need to translate twice.
