Add support for an ignore list of networks

We should be able to disable networks, or at least in them designate some services that need their dns to be checked or where we check them from.

Background: In the common usecase of a traefik ingress network we get too many alerts. Alternatively, this could also be handled on the alerting side, but the idea should be evaluated.
