Plugin erroneously diagnoses translate filter with parameters as syntactically invalid

Describe the bug
Filters like translate are able to take parameters. An example:

{var $pingHttpTranslated = ('kraken.http.statuscode'|translate, [code: $httpCode]) }

This is valid latte and works as expected. But Latte plugin 1.1.7 diagnoses the line incorrectly, puts a red wiggle under "translate" and says "Filters are not allowed here".

• PhpStorm version [e.g. 2023.1]
• Plugin version [e.g. 1.1.7]

To Reproduce
Just use a translation with parameters in the indicated way.
