Upgrading Netbox but devices break everytime

Hello!

I need help or at least a few ideas what to try with my netbox service im hosting. Im trying to upgrade the Service from Netbox 3.7.4 to 4.1.3 but every upgrade breaks the device view.

What did i try?

• Upgrade from 3.7.4 to 4.1.3 directly
• Upgrade from 3.7.4 to 3.7.8

And both Upgrades with and without plugins with correct versions in local_requirements following the netboxlabs.com Guide

The upgrade script does not throw any errors and GUI is back after the upgrade. But if i click on devices im greeted with the error below:

What im doing:

• Download ZIP
• Extract it to /opt/netbox-VERSION
• Link it to /opt/netbox
• Copy configuration.py to new /opt/netbox Version
• (Copy local_requirements with new correct versions)
• Execute upgrade.sh
• Restart service
  -> Broken Netbox

Any idea is appreciated.
