The commands are not registering in Neovim

I have created a plugin: https://github.com/alwindoss/ticki.nvim
Version of neovim I use is: v0.10.1

Here is the plugin code:

In the .config/nvim/init.lua file, I have added the following content

However, I see that the TickiTodoAdd command is not registered. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Please help.

I see the following 2 statements printed in the log /tmp/ticki_plugin.log
