fine by me because the alternative would be to have this configuration shipped with neos and change every environment: https://github.com/neos/neos-development-collection/blob/47887d2c7c72742a9e6f7c77da66c97ce3bd5232/Neos.Neos/Configuration/Settings.DocTools.yaml#L192-L198
In the future we still can clean this up by either manually looking in the Neos\\ContentRepository\\Core\\Feature folder for commands, or configure them explicitly as they change not that often ...
