I was signed into the previous version of sputnik DAO as a member of assemblyscript and genesis councils. However, now after I click Sign in and authorize new access key, the website still shows the Sign in button, and I don't see any controls for voting for the proposals.

Bug is filed with MagicPowered to resolve this. Short term solve is too delete your cookies/local storage for the site & hard refresh. It's also possible to use the old UI at old.sputnik.fund.

Are you referring to the https://old.sputnik.fund/#/ site or reskin?
