What are the key assumptions this makes about how you work?

Some basic assumptions that are a part of this:

You complete (i.e. move to done) work at a story/PBI level
Stories are grouped under Features or Epics
Epics/Features move to 'Done' once complete
Data for a team sits in a single Azure DevOps/Jira project
