• Uses the ears3 webservices
• Tools are now unique instances, so it is possible to have multiple devices of the same type on board. This paves the way towards SensorML enrichment and predefined characteristics of tools.

• Possible to save a vessel ontology "as" so it can be created on shore and dropped on the ship.
