Adding RTEMs to Os

For the ones who are sticking to open source RTEMs is a high end option instead of VxWorks. It would be great if RTEMs would be added to the integrated oses, to make it easier for start ups without big budgets to use it.

I agree. There is work by @laboratory10 being done to get FreeRTOS integrated. Hi @Aderiani, I briefly looked at your fork. The Os/RTEMS looks good, but for new OSAL implementations, they should be a library in a separate repository. I'll list below some recommendations:

1. Create a dedicated fprime-rtems repo and move your Os/RTEMS there. You can use fprime-vxworks (https://github.com/fprime-community/fprime-vxworks) as an example. Additionally, refer to this guide https://fprime.jpl.nasa.gov/latest/docs/how-to/develop-fprime-libraries/ for more details on developing F Prime libraries.
2. Set up a reference deployment repo for your hardware running RTEMS. You can name it fprime-<hardware>-rtems-reference (see https://github.com/fprime-community/fprime-vxworks-reference for an example).
3. Verify basic functionality by running your reference deployment on hardware. Ensure you can send a command NO_OP and receive the corresponding command completion events. This will confirm that the uplink and downlink stack are working correctly.

Question for you, on what hardware do you plan to run FSW?
