Thank you for sharing your project. I was follow the instructions on the README. I am testing in local, set GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS, but I don't see where to use. After launched the server this error appear.

google.api_core.exceptions.PermissionDenied: 403 IAM permission 'dialogflow.agents.get' on 'projects/my-bot' denied.

Check the instructions to download the service JSON

Please download the Dialogflow service JSON as per instructions and assign the JSON path to the variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS.
