nacos-operator部署2.4.3版本的nacos-server READY状态为Failed #479

全程按照nacos-operator的官方文档操作，自己改动的点只有镜像地址，以及增加鉴权等，成功跑起来之后，通过kubectl get nacos命令，nacos资源的READY状态为Failed。但实际上nacos功能正常，这块是自定义资源的相关配置哪里需要改动吗？

我也遇到类似的问题，不过状态是Creating，期待回复。

nacos版本 2.4.3
mysql版本 8.0.35
