Laravel Upgrade from version 6.0 to 7.30 And Got Route not defined issue

Hi ,
I have recently Upgrade a project from laravel 6 to 7.30 and when i run php artisan route:list it doesn't show the routes inside the modules(route.php). So All the module routes return 404.Can you help on this ?

are all the modules enabled?

check the statuses.json file and php artisan module:list

I couldn't find the statuses.json file in my module .but php artisan module:list showing all modules in disabled status.How do i enable those?

php artisan module:enable should enable them all, I don't remember if that version accepted no param to bulk update all modules, if not then you would specify each module one at a time php artisan module:enable modulename
