I guess you are talking about the: UpdateTool nPose 2 to nPose 3?
If yes: Yes, it isn't perfect (It can't be because there is such an huge amount of combinations).

RLV: There was an old RLV script back in 2015(?) which isn't compatible with nPose V3. The UpdateTool tries to remove any trace of it. After doing that you will be able to exchange the old one with the new one. The new one should be easy to set up as you see here: https://github.com/nPoseTeam/nPose-RLV-Plugin/wiki
The V0.38 version of the new RLV plugin could also be used with nPose V2 so that you could update this before you update the rest of nPose.
Because you also wrote #31 : It was neccessary to rewrite the old RLV plugin (and the old RLV timer script) because they were buggy in a multiuser environment (two or more menu users are using the menu at the same time). This was by design -> the design had to be changed to solve this problems. BTW nPose V2 has a few of similar issues (two or more menu users are pressing a button almost simultanious) but I guess this won't happen very often.

SATMSG/NOTSATMSG: could you give me a hint?

If you want to have an updated example, I could update one of your RLV enabled object. I would need your object at least with mod/trans rights (NCs and nPose scripts fullPerms) to do so (and a bit of time because currently I'm deep into RL). You could send it to (Second Life) slmember1 Resident
