Sample Data: Batch & Projects

We often want to demo Batch and Projects, but it's time consuming to set up manually. It would be good to have a set of realistic-looking fixture data that we can create and trash at will.

The main things that would be useful here are:

• A few Category Headings and Categories in the category picker, each with a few authorities listed in them.
• A Batch that's part way through – i.e. some requests are still awaiting response, some have an initial acknowledgement, some have a response but awaiting classification, and then a few requests in a variety of complete states (successful, not held, refused, etc). Responses should have a variety of attachments and plain text responses.
• A Project that includes the above batch, with a briefing, dataset fields set up, and some classification and extraction contributions from invited users.
