Port to 1.21.1 - Many other features, fixes, and improvements!

This pre-release adds a ton of stuff, including Blast Processor Muffling (by placing blocks such as wool on the front or top), improved Hammering mechanics, EMI recipes for all Blast Processor Behaviors, and many fixes and reworks. Not to mention the fact it's on 1.21.1.
In my testing, this is pretty stable, but you can see for yourself!

Post-release performance and QOL patch

Hi again! I'm finished with my college stuff, so expect to see a good deal more activity here!
This release reworks a lot of KLAXON's logic, including removing unnecessary networking, fixing minor annoyances, and adding Blast Processor Behaviors! Like Dispenser Behaviors, these allow for incredible customizability of the Blast Processor's functions based off of the current catalyst item! Currently, this system has support for Fireworks and Firework Stars, and will spawn and detonate a firework instantly if one is used as a catalyst.

1.21 support and a NeoForge port are coming sometime, probably!

Fixed server connection issue

Friendly reminder to make sure you're reading and writing to packets properly both ways.
