In the contributing.md file I was following the setting development environment file and faced some issues while using

make install

As it shows:

'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I think we should add basic method of installing make easily using choco, it can be easily installed using command prompt as administrator and someone can work further as these small requirements make the developer efficient.
What's your POV? Should I add this guide?
