It would be nice to have, in the Jupyter Notebook web UI, an information icon ⒤ next to a cell that you can hover or a special cell border that tells you when a cell is tagged active-ipynb. Right now this information is not very discoverable, especially for people who are not familiar with how the active-ipynb tag works.
