Add deck prediction for opponent on constructed games

This a feature I always wanted because I don't follow the meta that closely anymore or sometime life happens. This is also very useful for new players.

It would be nice to have a guess on the opponent's deck, that guess would be updated at each new card played.
There would be a second panel or a tab in the opponent cards panel with something like :

1. Red Deck Wins (65%)
2. Rakdos Aristocrats (25%)
3. Jeskai Control (10%)

In case of FT3 the panel should not be cleared since it is the same deck (I don't know if the MTGA logs tells you if it is a FT3).

It would be possible to click on the decks to either have a webpage open to a deck list or have the panel updated to the deck list.
This would never be a perfect prediction since the player can switch cards but it would help immensely. Especially because on MTGA everyone has top tier "perfect" deck and the important cards, the one you need to be aware of, won't change much.

Currently, I have to write the cards name down and try to look for a similar deck manually just because I want to play some games with a format I am not familiar with.
