Revert "Add Windows as test environment for Lua Refs #212"

This reverts commit 0d20d4a.

Fix Pyton 3.10 test run for macOS.

Update release scripts.

Remove useless space.

Create the correct number of points in deboornet constructor.

Get rid of PYTHON_LIBRARY and PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR.
