Some outputs currently produced by default are likely not be required for the majority of model runs, but will be very useful for a small number of use cases.

For efficiency, in rendering and output size a suggestion is to include boolean output options in the parameters list to turn rendering on or off for types of output. For example the default parameter list may have:

parameters$render_immunity = FALSE
parameters$render_human_state_counts = FALSE
parameters$render_mosquito_state_counts = FALSE
