# Proprietary License Agreement

This code and any associated files (hereafter referred to as "the Software") are the property of Çağrı KARTAL (hereafter referred to as "the Author").
By accessing, using, or sharing this Software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant
The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this Software solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
1) Distributing, sublicensing, selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring the Software to any third party.
2) Modifying, adapting, translating, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the Software.
3) Using the Software for any commercial purpose or in a production environment.
4) Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright or proprietary notices included in the Software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain exclusively with the Author. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software.

5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Author may terminate this license at any time, with or without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession or control. Unauthorized use of the Software may result in legal action.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Acknowledgment
By using or accessing this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
