First release of @fantaformazionibot!

FantaFormazioni Bot operates on the channel @fantaformazionireminders to send a notification 1 day, 1 hour and 5 minutes before the lineup deadline.

This version includes:

• Bot working in the dedicated channel
• Private chat commands
  • /help: Send a message with helpful information
  • /prossima_scadenza: Send a message stating when the first match of the next turn is played and the time left before the lineup's deadline
• The calendar for the whole season is provided by fixturedownload.com. Thanks to @emavgl for the suggestion (Issue #2)
