this clears some dependencies in the data package. Other than some bug fixes (swap str_detect to grepl call) and foverlaps swapping for cool_overlaps no changes to the code were made. The rest of edits are formatting/fixing tabulation.
These new versions of the functions are confirmed to have consistent output with current master by checking them with identical()
