More flexible page numbering

At the moment, the page number is incremented by one page for any kind of frame, and it cannot be changed by the settings.
However, in practice, users may want to control the page increment in the title or section slides, or keep the page number during overlay.
The page numbering needs to be improved to handle such cases.

現状、ページ番号はどんな種類のスライドに対しても1つづつ増加し、この挙動を設定で変更することはできない。
しかし実際にはタイトルページやセクションページでページ番号の増加を抑制したかったり、オーバーレイの間ページ番号が変化しないようにしたかったりする場合がある。
そのような場合にも対応できるよう、ページ番号付けを改善する必要がある。
