By default websites in Arc use 100% height by moving everything to the sidebar
This means you can't see the whole URL but it feels so much nicer
Sidebar on left or right by default?
Left is what others do
Right follows Western reading direction and also is on the same side as the close button
We have to implement both in the end because for example Windows in Hebrew or Arabic is the opposite
