Switches from mc-heads.net to Crafatar.
Main reason is caching, mc-heads caches for around 6 hours or so, but Crafatar updates their caches every 20 minutes, this means that any person changing a skin will have their changes be visible much faster. Crafatar is also used by Hypixel, Mineplex, The Hive and NameMC, so it is as battle-tested if not more so than mc-heads.
