Option to use web link to image as icon for modpack

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

When a user creates a modpack, they only have the option to upload an icon from their desktop, leading to slight annoyance for the user.

Describe the solution you'd like

Another option (underneath "Replace Icon") should allow users to add a link to an image (from the web). The Modrinth app should then automatically download the icon (and cache/save it to storage under the modrinth directory) and set the icon as the downloaded image.
