ArcView: Editable templates #294

Templates used in Story Arc View are basically meant to be editable. They can vary from story to story. Their format is pretty simple, for example:

Weiland's Character Arc: https://github.com/mkoskim/mawejs/blob/master/src/gui/arc/arc.js#L398

In the Arc View, we could choose a template editor, and then decide, if this template is stored in the LocalStorage or within the story itself:

LocalStorage: This is just for you.
Story itself: In case you share your doc with other people, it could make sense that you both use the same story arc template.
