Description of change

A recent refactor had caused overall_offence class attribute not to be added to the case_details. This PR fixes that and fixes the spec to make sure it cannot happen again.

Notes for reviewer / how to test

Test on staging. Confirm application has an overall offence class on Review. Add to MAAT and confirm the offence class is copied over.
