Unable to uninstall vscode: Windows cannot find unins000.exe

• OS Version: 23H2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. I was programming Agda using agda-mode extension. Then I couldn't compile my code anymore using Ctrl+C Ctrl+L.
2. Then I closed the vscode to open it again, but it didn't open.
3. Then I restarted my computer . after that I couldn't open vscode.
4. Then I tried to uninstall the vscode to install it again, now I cannot uninstall vscode
