Changes included to support bot deflection

  • IGetChatTokenOptionalParams new optional parameter MsOcBotApplicationId (passed by omnichannel-chat-sdk)
  • When MsOcBotApplicationId is present, GetChatToken url will do :
    • use of v4 (auth and not auth)

- add query parameter : Ms-Oc-Bot-Application-Id
  • when MsOcBotApplicationId is not present, GetChatToken will use versions as expected today.
