Adding new tests may break Python scripts

Recently, MsQuic added a new max tput test.

However, there were some assumptions made by some of the Python scripts in regards to what data is available vs. what is not.

This will need to be updated to support the new model "Standardize Secnetperf Scenarios"

Pipeline has been updated to suit Standard Secnetperf Scenarios. Unless we dramatically change the way we model our perf scenarios, we can close this issue.
