I have three private build agents each running a multi-agent Visual Studio Test job in a build pipeline.
Question: When one of the build agents is finished with its work, should the agent be freed to work on other jobs in other build pipelines?
I ask, because that doesn't seem to be happening. This build agent finished its work about 20 minutes ago, and it's hung waiting at the Visual Studio Test step, whilst the other two servers are busy running tests.
