Describe the bug

Using ALM Accelerator, the Export pipeline failes during canvas unpack. The error message requested to open a bug here

We have the same problem. Can you please fix this? We are blocked to use canvas apps in source control now.

We are experiencing a similar issue.

PAC canvas unpack seems to work even though this error occurs.

we have set our DevOp Action to 'continue on error' temporarily

I'm also experiencing this issue while using the ALM Accelerator.

UPDATE: In our case the issue was not directly related to ALM. Our canvas app which contains custom components broke after an platform update. Our application was able to run in the design studio but failed to start when attempting to run it directly on the browser or mobile client. We opened a ticket with MS and after troubleshooting for a bit the tech asked us to remove the components from the app and the application was able to start. We waited for about a day for MS to apply a patch and after that ALM was able to work correctly.

Note: We did try setting the 'continue on error' flag on the export pipeline like mentioned above but the application was corrupted after deployment.
