First stable version. Version 1.0.0 was yanked because of a discrepancy in version numbers that caused errors in building docs on readthedocs.io.

Features in this version:

• solve powerflow with FBS, Newton-Raphson, or a wrapper over opendss
• map *dss files into Circuit objects
• solve with Transformers and Voltage regulators
• compare solutions

Bugs and Test Failures:

• 79 fails for test cases that are significantly different between gigpower and opendss. These are documented in gigpower/tests/v1_test_report.csv
