Reintroducing the auto deployer as a service, and restructuring the repository entirely so that grid-bot is not in focus entirely (as in, builds can be produced for recovery and auto-deployer) may help to alleviate some of my problems.

This service will be available for both Windows and Unix, but should not be used on Unix when you can tag your Docker containers with latest and redeploy when necessary.

This will also tie into another issue where we will move to public registries so that build jobs and upload jobs can be moved to GitHub's action runners.
