--prosite_scan, -psc

Description

Annotate a DNA, RNA or protein sequence using ExPASy PROSITE website with Prosite Scan. Internet connection required. Returns a list of features associated with the locus or loci submitted to ExPasy Prosite as well as their location in the sequence.

Argument

Filename(string)

File with DNA, RNA or protein sequences to be annotated.

quiet(bool)

optional Defaults to False. Returns results to active window. Change to True suppresses all outputs.
