What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Configured table and PHP file
2. Loaded page with RSS URL & access code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see an import process but it hangs at "Starting to work with feed URL"

Please provide any additional information below.

RSS URL is http://www.google.com/trends/hottrends/atom/hourly
