Farnsworth

A source agnostic, extendible, chock full of good news variant consensus caller!

The image can be used by pulling from Docker Hub.

To get the latest use the command below.

docker pull medcelerate/farnsworth:latest

If using in production please use a specific commit sha.

docker pull medcelerate/farnsworth:9ba12087218db607988d0860ed30617d66143a82

To Build Locally

docker build . -t farnsworth:latest

To Run

docker run farnsworth:latest Farnsworth
